The South Moravian Innovation Centre (JIC) coordinates the Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS JMK), which helps the academic sector, public sector, companies, and non-profit organizations to communicate with each other and is the main organization facilitating business-academia linkagein South Moravia. JIC supports around 80-100 companies a year by doing coaching, mentoring and offering business incubation and acceleration. JIC also helps to facilitate the consensus of key stakeholders in the region on the future priorities, manage the multi-stakeholder process, oversee the implementation of key projects.
